In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one wcc77 Account at any time. These general bonus terms apply to all wcc77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wcc77's liability for death or personal injury caused by wcc77's own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

During a suspension, a Player will not be able to log into their Account, place wagers, or request withdrawals.

A Player may request the closure of their wcc77 Account at any time by contacting wcc77 support via live chat. Before closing an Account, wcc77 will confirm the Player's identity and process any eligible Real Money Balance for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
